A concise view of the problem, the working context, and the response behind this project.
Developed during my internship at PT Mitra Surya Abadi Perkasa as part of a small engineering team. My primary focus was the B2B POS and Finance modules, where I worked full-stack alongside another developer and helped shape the overall workflow together with internal users and the team lead. The system was designed to connect sales, procurement, fulfillment, inventory, and accounting processes instead of treating them as isolated operational tasks.
The business needed an integrated workflow for handling customer transactions and the downstream processes required to fulfill them. A customer order could require purchasing from multiple vendors, receiving goods in stages, processing payments and approvals, updating inventory, shipping goods, and recording financial journals. These processes needed to remain connected while still supporting different operational roles.
Worked directly with internal users and the team lead to map the business process before translating it into application workflows and technical tasks. Designed and implemented the multi-vendor purchasing model, contributed to the transaction and payment flows, and coordinated integration points between POS, Finance, and Inventory. Iterated on the UI and workflows through sprint reviews and UAT feedback.
Built full-stack functionality using React, TypeScript, Laravel Lumen, PHP, MySQL, and REST APIs. Implemented customer and vendor transaction flows, complex forms, payments, role- and amount-based approvals, shipment interfaces, general ledger views, and multi-vendor parent-child transactions. Integrated receiving and outgoing shipment workflows with stock movements and accounting journal entries. Contributed to OpenAPI 3.0 contracts, authentication, validation, and backend testing for payment and approval flows.

BUSINESS / PRODUCT VIEW
The integrated ERP workflow reached UAT and covered customer orders, multi-vendor procurement, payments, receiving, shipment, inventory integration, approval workflows, and financial journal recording. The project gave me direct experience translating real operational processes into a data-heavy enterprise application.
